GBST One of the Top 25 Canadian Credit Unions has appointed GBST Digital to provide a suite of online calculators for its new website. This is GBST Digital’s first Canadian client and its third in North America.

GBST’s Equate solution will power ten new calculators, to help the credit union’s customers make better financial decisions and reach their goals through an improved digital experience.

The calculators will be developed in stages, with the first having already been launched. When complete, the suite of calculators will include a mortgage affordability calculator, a loan payments calculator, a mortgage comparison calculator, a mortgage prepayment calculator, a savings calculator, a tax-free savings account (TFSA) calculator, a retirement planner calculator, and an education savings calculator.

Brianna Dobing, Head of Digital at GBST, said, “We are delighted to partner with our first Canadian client and look forward to adapting our highly flexible digital tools to a new international market. Our powerful interactive calculators will be branded to fit seamlessly into the credit union’s new website, helping to build client engagement, generate qualified, sales-ready enquiries, and increase conversions.

“The calculators will enable the credit union’s customers to make informed financial decisions by helping them to understand how much they can afford to pay for a property, by estimating their monthly loan repayments, seeing how much interest they will receive from regular and tax-free savings accounts, and knowing whether they are on track to meet education and retirement savings plans.”

GBST’s highly accessible off-the-shelf online calculators can handle foreign currencies, be easily customised to meet specific needs, and support clients’ members via an exceptional digital experience.

GBST Digital’s interactive products are used by more than 105 financial services organisations and millions of customers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the United States, and now Canada.

The GBST Digital team works with financial services clients worldwide to improve brand reputation, build brand advocacy, and enhance online customer journeys, engagement, and drive acquisition. GBST’s customer experience experts create bespoke digital solutions for financial institutions from calculators to portals, apps, content management systems, and more.
