Fiserv welcomes Kevin M. Warren to Board of Directors

Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, has announced the joining of Kevin M. Warren to its board of directors.
Most recently, Warren served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at UPS where he was responsible for the company’s U.S. and international marketing, including the company’s product development, digital marketing and infrastructure analytics, The UPS Store, e-commerce strategy, revenue management, customer experience, business planning, and brand relevancy.
Prior to joining UPS, Warren spent more than 3 decades at Xerox Corporation, as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for worldwide channel strategy, salesforce effectiveness and global client engagement for the company’s portfolio of hardware, software and services.
“Kevin brings deep executive leadership skills and commercial experience to our board of directors, including the growth and management of world-class brands. We are confident that we will benefit from his insights as we continue our focus on transforming the rapidly growing world of payments and fintech,” said Jeffery W. Yabuki, chairman of the board of directors of Fiserv.
Warren is currently a director of Georgetown University, Illinois Tool Works, and the UPS Foundation, an organization that supports community efforts to provide diverse populations with advancement opportunities. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
Recently, Fiserv’s Clover unveiled Scan to Order feature enhancing touchless dining experience.
