FintechOS has partnered with Finastra to transform how financial institutions onboard small businesses and consumers across digital and branch channels. Through this collaboration, FintechOS’s low-code origination platform and AI-driven product engine will integrate seamlessly with Finastra’s Phoenix core and MalauzAI Digital Banking solutions to streamline account opening making it faster, simpler, and more secure for both customers and banks.

In an industry where traditional account opening processes often remain slow, manual, and paper-heavy, this partnership bridges the gap between innovation and reliability. By uniting Finastra’s trusted core and digital banking systems with FintechOS’s agile technology framework, the joint solution redefines how financial institutions deliver personalised banking experiences.

Through the integration, Finastra customers will gain the ability to configure pricing, tiers, bundles, and eligibility rules, and instantly publish them across mobile, web, and banker-assisted journeys. This capability significantly reduces time to market and operational complexity, allowing institutions to rapidly introduce and refine customer offerings in line with evolving market needs.

“Our collaboration with Finastra is a direct response to the market’s demand for faster innovation,” said Ash Govindia, SVP of Growth at FintechOS. “By integrating our low-code digital onboarding and origination platform with Finastra’s core system, we are empowering financial institutions to launch sophisticated, customer-centric products in weeks, not months.”

“Our goal is to help community and regional financial institutions deliver compelling experiences wherever customers engage,” added Joe Gomez, General Manager, US Core and Digital Banking at Finastra. “FintechOS complements Phoenix and MalauzAI by adding a flexible product and pricing layer that simplifies account opening while supporting personalised offers across channels. Together we make it easier to innovate while maximising existing investments.”

The combined capabilities will be made available to joint customers, enabling them to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen customer engagement across every touchpoint. Financial institutions interested in early access or partnership opportunities are encouraged to contact FintechOS or Finastra for further information.
