Finseta has deployed AccessPay’s SWIFT connectivity solution, delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable platform for cross-border payments. This reinforces Finseta’s commitment to digital innovation, customer-centric services, and operational excellence.

As part of its global expansion strategy, Finseta sought to launch a next-generation agency banking solution and enhance payment automation. The implementation integrates its digital currency exchange platform, FXPal, with Barclays Bank, enabling transparent pricing, automated reporting and analytics, and full back-office-to-bank connectivity. This advanced infrastructure positions Finseta to optimise operational efficiency and strengthen competitive advantage.

The four-way project, involving Finseta, AccessPay, Barclays, and SWIFT, was completed in just six months—a notable achievement for a first-time SWIFT user. The solution delivers cost efficiencies, scalability, and a robust foundation to support Finseta’s growing international payment operations. End-to-end workflow automation ensures that payment files are automatically validated, processed, and monitored in real time, while real-time visibility and reconciliation provide customers with full transparency over payment status and the ability to reconcile transactions instantly against bank statements. Automation also creates a smoother, faster, and more reliable experience, reducing manual errors and delays.

Finseta’s deployment demonstrates the value of partnering with a specialist in SWIFT connectivity. AccessPay’s expertise accelerates implementation, ensures rapid issue resolution, and future-proofs Finseta’s payment infrastructure for global scalability and reliability.

“Of the many SWIFT projects I’ve been involved in over the past dozen years, this has probably been one of the smoothest and fastest, with the service delivered in just six months,” said Tom Livock, Head of Enterprise Sales, AccessPay. “I attribute this to the strong four-way collaboration, motivated teams, and a well-defined project strategy.”

“AccessPay did the heavy lifting involved in implementing SWIFT connectivity. The quick route to go-live has allowed us to start realising the benefits much sooner than if we built the solution in-house. I’d rather focus on what sets Finseta apart from our competitors than trying to be an expert in SWIFT,” said Declan Jones, Chief Product Officer, Finseta.

Finseta will now leverage AccessPay’s SWIFT connectivity globally for all customer segments, including high-net-worth individuals, large institutions, and corporates, cementing its position as a digitally empowered, future-ready payments provider.
