Fincare Small Finance Bank launches Digital Banking Unit – 101 HUB

For providing seamless digital banking experience to customers, RBI has introduced the concept of Digital Banking Unit. This is to enable users to avail self-assisted banking services. Prime Minister Mr. Narender Modi virtually inaugurated 75 Digital banking Units on 15th Aug 2022, across India, to commemorate 75 years of Independence.
Fincare Small Finance Bank launched 2 Digital Banking units (DBUs) at Gandhinagar in Gujrat and Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh as a part of this initiative. The digital banking units are equipped to provide hassle-free services to customers for opening accounts, using internet banking and video banking. Customers can connect for video KYC and resolve any account related grievances at these DBU. 24X7 cash deposit and withdrawal facility will also be available here.
