Why it matters: The integration simplifies access to tokenised equities by removing the need for FinTechs to build separate infrastructure.

Enso, an execution and infrastructure platform for on-chain finance, announced the availability of xStocks on Arbitrum, a blockchain network, through its Enso API and Enso RWA app.

The integration enables wallets, FinTechs and trading platforms to offer access to tokenised equities on Arbitrum through a single connection. Eligible users can also trade xStocks directly via the Enso RWA app.

With the integration now live, applications already connected to the Enso API can extend xStocks access to Arbitrum without building additional routing or aggregation infrastructure. The same integration currently supports swaps, cross-chain routing and DeFi actions across networks supported by Enso.

“Tokenisation solved the supply side of real-world assets, but what’s been missing is distribution, the liquidity, routing and execution to get those assets into the wallets and apps where people actually transact,” said Connor Howe, co-founder and CEO of Enso.

Howe further added, “Enso closes that gap with one integration that gives applications access to xStocks and other tokenised assets. Bringing that to Arbitrum means any wallet, FinTech or trading platform already built on Enso can offer tokenised equity access to one of Ethereum’s largest ecosystems without building anything new.”

Users of the Enso RWA App can trade tokenised equities alongside other onchain assets available within the Arbitrum ecosystem.

The launch expands Enso’s real-world asset capabilities, which already include tokenised stock and metals execution for ether.fi Cash, an approved minting role for Ondo Finance, and infrastructure supporting Anchorage Digital’s Porto institutional platform.

“Real-world assets are one of the fastest-growing categories on Arbitrum, and execution infrastructure is what turns that growth into something builders can actually ship,” said Peter Haymond, Head of DeFi Partnerships at Arbitrum. “Enso bringing xStocks to Arbitrum means any wallet, FinTech or trading platform in our ecosystem gets tokenised equity access without building that infrastructure themselves. That’s the kind of composability that keeps compounding as more real-world assets move on-chain.”
