EMI MoneyGate selects Capital Banking Solutions’ core banking platform

End-to-end global banking platform Capital Banking Solutions has announced that electronic money institution MoneyGate has selected the former’s core banking platform – CapitalBanker. The implementation will be carried out by Capital Banking Solutions’ consulting team and its Greek Partner Finartix.

CapitalBanker enables banks to build and automate core banking operation as well as boost product innovation, process optimisation, customer experience as well as platform maintenance.

Nicolas Treppides, founder of MoneyGate commented, “Selecting the right technology partners is key to success in the fintech world. At MoneyGate, we are confident that CapitalBanker is the right fit to the high expectations of the company and its future customers.”

MoneyGate aims to serve as a one-stop-shop for its corporate clients with the provision of a combination of commercial and personal banking needs. It has recently applied for an EMI license from the Central Bank of Cyprus.

Recently, Capital Banking Solutions announced that TBC Bank 1st digital bank in Uzbekistan and the subsidiary of the TBC banking group in Georgia has gone live with Capital Banking Solutions’ open platform – CapitalBanker and CapitalConnect suite, as an open back-end API-based solution. The first digital bank in Uzbekistan, it will be supported by Space’s digital retail platform. Space is the first fully digital bank in Georgia, powered by TBC, and it launched in 2018.
