leverisDublin-based digital banking and lending platform, LEVERIS has announced the selection of Amazon Web Services as its preferred cloud computing provider. LEVERIS operates in the cloud and is independent of the legacy core banking technology. It has enabled the financial services firm, Link Group to enter the Dutch mortgage servicing market.

Conor Fennelly, LEVERIS founder and CEO, said, “We aim to make it seamless, secure and reliable for clients to use our platform in whatever way they choose to provide financial services. LEVERIS’ collaboration with AWS plays an important role in this.

“It helps clients to deliver innovative and secure banking and lending solutions to customers at a reduced cost and faster rate, starting with Link Group in the Netherlands and continuing with LEVERIS Digital Bank, our market-ready, core banking system that comes pre-integrated with the essential banking services that traditional banks, challenger banks and consumer brands need to launch and run a digital bank.”

LEVERIS stated that it uses a range of AWS services including compute, analytics, security, databases and storage. The company will use AWS to speed up its efforts to reduce the time and cost of digital transformation for legacy banks and to enable new entrants to set up fully functional digital banks within a matter of weeks from a standing start.

Robbie Hughes, Global CEO, Banking & Credit Management, Link Group, said, “The LEVERIS platform delivers enhanced user experiences without complexity, simply and efficiently. Our partnership with LEVERIS has enabled us to enhance traction across the broader banking universe through the application of next-generation technology.”
