Corporate broking and wealth management business, Dowgate Capital has selected GPP to offer fund administration and back-office support services. The partnership will enable Dowgate to administer the boutique’s investment assets and provide an outsourcing solution to enable it to scale its business through its next phase of growth.

It is expected to provide the architecture to support Dowgate’s strategic expansion of its discretionary investment management business, which has been bolstered substantially by several experienced investment managers’ appointments over the past 12 months.

Tom Wooders, head of clearing and wealth solutions, GPP said, “Our Wealth Solutions platform offers a compelling alternative to traditional administration models and its core tenets – scalability, efficiency, and innovation – are clearly resonating with investment managers such as Dowgate.”

GPP Wealth Solutions’ platform works as a single, integrated platform for the full investment lifecycle. It provides its clients with a comprehensive white-labeled solution that can be modified for a bespoke service. The business is now approaching £2.5 billion in assets under administration in three years since its launch.

“Current market conditions present a unique challenge for the investment industry, but our outsourcing solution offers the flexibility enabling managers to reduce costs, keep pace with regulatory change, and focus on their competitive advantages. We look forward to working with Dowgate to deliver these benefits and support future business growth,” Wooders concluded.
