Dailoqa has deployed an AI-native loan origination system for AU Small Finance Bank in partnership with Amazon Web Services, marking a broader push towards AI-driven banking operations in India’s financial services sector.

The deployment is built on Dailoqa’s Broccoli platform, a multi-agent AI orchestration system designed for regulated financial institutions. According to the companies, the new system replaces traditional product-specific lending workflows with a more adaptive platform aimed at supporting personalised sales, servicing and customer engagement processes.

Piyush Singh, Co-Founder, Dailoqa, remarked, “When a CEO moves past the mystique of AI to ask how it can enable the organisation’s true purpose, you know you have found the right partner. The leadership at AU Small Finance Bank have a clarity of vision that makes this kind of transformation possible.”

The implementation reflects a wider trend across banking, where institutions are moving beyond isolated AI pilots and integrating artificial intelligence more deeply into core operational systems. Loan origination, customer servicing and compliance workflows are emerging as key focus areas as banks seek to reduce manual processes, improve scalability and modernise legacy infrastructure.

Sanjay Agarwal, CEO & MD, AU Small Finance Bank, said, “Badlaav Humse Hai is not our slogan, it is our spirit and DNA. Our vision is to combine the intelligence of our colleagues with intelligent systems, to create the Combined Intelligence of our Enterprise. ”

Dailoqa said the platform is designed to support regulatory requirements while reducing operational complexity and technical debt commonly associated with older banking systems. The bank is also expanding the programme into commercial banking and mortgage operations, alongside the rollout of multilingual AI-powered customer engagement capabilities.

Sandeep Dutta, President, AWS India and South Asia, said, “Combining AU Bank’s philosophy ‘Badlaav Humse Hai’ with AWS India’s vision of ‘Building from India for India and the World’ is starting to show real results. Together, we have engineered and deployed an agentic AI platform purpose-built for the regulatory complexity and scale of Indian banking. ”

AWS is providing the cloud and AI infrastructure supporting the deployment, including generative AI capabilities through Amazon Bedrock. The partnership highlights growing collaboration between banks, fintech specialists and cloud providers as financial institutions increasingly adopt AI-native operating models to improve efficiency, customer experience and scalability across lending and servicing functions.
