US-headquartered FinTech Creatio, an AI-native CRM and workflow automation platform, has committed $300m to expand and enhance Creatio Bank. AI, its dedicated offering for banks and financial institutions, between 2026 and 2028.

The investment is aimed at accelerating AI-driven product innovation, strengthening deployment and enablement capabilities, and expanding the partner ecosystem required to support AI adoption across financial institutions at scale.

The funding will support the continued development of the Bank.AI platform, which combines the company’s AI platform, CRM capabilities and pre-built banking-focused AI agents designed to automate and optimise key banking workflows.

Katherine Kostereva, CEO of Creatio, said, “The next generation of banking will be built around people and AI agents working together across customer and operational workflows. Our $300m investment in Creatio Bank.AI will accelerate this transition, giving financial institutions the technology, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem to adopt AI faster and at enterprise scale.”

The platform is designed to support three core banking functions: growth, service and operations. Growth-focused AI agents help banks improve customer acquisition, onboarding and cross-selling activities, while service agents are intended to enhance customer experiences through faster and more personalised support. Operations agents focus on areas such as compliance, regulatory reporting and back-office processes.

As part of the investment, Creatio will continue enhancing its AI Studio, adding capabilities for no-code AI agent development, governance, integrations, security and enterprise-grade observability.

The company also plans to expand AI adoption programmes for customers and partners through dedicated training initiatives, AI accelerator workshops and banking-specific implementation guidance. In addition, Creatio will strengthen its global channel ecosystem to help implementation partners deploy AI-powered banking use cases more effectively.

The investment forms part of Creatio’s broader Unlimited Enterprise strategy, which aims to enable organisations to scale workflows, applications and AI agents on a unified platform.

Alongside the investment, Creatio recently launched the Bank.AI Hub, a resource centre for banking executives exploring AI adoption, and plans to host industry events focused on practical AI use cases and transformation strategies for financial institutions.
