Commercial Bank of Dubai signs partnership with Visa

Visa, Commercial Bank of Dubai, CBD, Digital Payments, FinTech, UAECommercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) has signed an exclusive multi-year strategic partnership agreement for credit and debit cards with Visa. This agreement aims to offer innovative and customer-centric solutions to CBD cardholders in the UAE.

As part of this deal, CBD and Visa are also partnering to establish a ‘Centre of Excellence’ powered by Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), dedicated to enhancing customer’s payment experiences. By leveraging core data assets and deriving insights, VCA will formulate actionable recommendations to offer personalised solutions to customers.

Moreover, CBD and Visa are leveraging advanced technology to enhance digital customer onboarding, sponsoring high-profile events like the Olympics, launching the Visa Installment Solution in the UAE, and offering local and international benefits, focusing on the complete lifecycle of new and existing CBD Visa cardholders.
