CaptainBiz, Bill2Pay, FinTech, Payment Invoicing, IndiaCaptainBiz has introduced Bill2Pay, a new feature that unifies invoice generation, digital payment collection, and real-time cash flow tracking into one seamless invoice-linked payment system.

With Bill2Pay, every invoice generated by a business is directly linked to a unique digital payment link. Instead of sending an invoice and separately requesting a bank transfer or UPI payment, MSMEs can now attach a one-click payment link to the invoice. Customers can pay instantly via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or digital wallets. Once the payment is completed, the system automatically updates the payment status against the respective invoice, eliminating manual reconciliation and tracking errors.

Available immediately to all CaptainBiz web users, and soon on mobile apps, Bill2Pay allows MSMEs to generate secure payment links tied to each invoice and share them instantly through WhatsApp, email, or SMS. This improves customer convenience while significantly accelerating receivables and improving collections efficiency.

“Cash flow delays kill more small businesses than competition ever will,” said Yashraj Vakil, CEO of CaptainBiz. “Bill2Pay connects invoice creation to payment collection in one click, giving MSMEs the power to accelerate collections, stay audit-ready, and strengthen their working capital without chasing customers or juggling multiple systems. Bill2Pay moves MSMEs from billing to banking in one seamless journey, making cash flow predictable and growth sustainable.”

Designed specifically for the real-world needs of India’s 64 million MSMEs, the solution addresses a critical pain point: delayed payments. Industry reports show that nearly 50% of MSMEs face delays exceeding 90 days, severely impacting their working capital cycles. Bill2Pay directly tackles this by offering businesses the tools to collect payments faster, reduce manual errors, and gain better control over their cash flow.

The new system is more than a payments tool—it is a catalyst for financial health. By reducing dependence on follow-ups and enabling digital, trackable payment methods, MSMEs can fast-track collections and improve their creditworthiness. This, in turn, opens doors to affordable financing options, helping them sustain and grow in a competitive market.
