Capgemini to acquire Cloud4C, a provider of automation-led managed services for hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, marks a significant step in Capgemini’s strategy to expand its footprint in the fast-growing cloud managed services market.

Founded in 2014, Cloud4C has built a reputation as a trusted partner for enterprises seeking to migrate, manage and optimise complex technology and data ecosystems. Its low-code, AI-ready platform and industry-specific frameworks are designed to address the unique requirements of businesses across diverse sectors. The company is also a global premium partner for SAP in S/4 HANA Cloud, and maintains strong alliances with other major technology vendors and hyperscalers.

With a team of 1,600 specialists worldwide, Cloud4C offers a comprehensive portfolio of end-to-end services, including AI-driven cloud operations, process automation, disaster recovery, data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Its hyper-automated platform capabilities span the entire technology stack, from infrastructure through to application layers, empowering organisations to accelerate their cloud strategy while ensuring sovereignty, resilience and operational efficiency.

For Capgemini, this acquisition will unlock new opportunities to integrate generative AI into cloud automation, while advancing the development of industry-tailored frameworks and intellectual property for seamless cloud management and migration. The transaction will also strengthen Capgemini’s longstanding partnership with SAP by combining Cloud4C’s SAP cloud management expertise with Syniti’s advanced data capabilities, positioning the Group as a leader in end-to-end SAP transformation services.

Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini, said, “Cloud4C has an impressive track record in large-scale cloud transformations, thanks to its cutting-edge, highly automated AI platform and processes. Its status as a global premium partner of RISE with SAP makes it a natural fit for Capgemini as we have been a strategic partner with SAP for decades. This acquisition will enable the Group to champion gen AI-powered cloud automation platforms, coupled with scalable industry-specific solutions that we know our clients want and need across the world.”
