Brim partners with Canadian Western Bank to redefine banking services Brim Financial, transforming the way people bank and shop, has announced a partnership with Canadian Western Bank (CWB) to roll out Brim’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) and credit card infrastructure.

Brim is a Canadian next-generation FinTech company and certified credit card issuer. Under the collaboration, Brim’s PaaS will enable CWB to offer a full suite of personal credit cards and an integrated digital banking platform with globally open loyalty, delivering a robust value proposition that ensures that the bank continues to exceed its customers’ expectations.

Brim’s PaaS offers omnichannel digital experiences including an in-branch onboarding portal and an online self-service portal which will be integrated into CWB’s existing banking platform and access Brim’s proprietary rewards technology and global partner network. The bank will leverage Brim’s infrastructure and end-to-end modular solution including card issuance and adjudication, platform design and development, loyalty management, banking centre employee tools and portal, customer support, compliance and risk management, analytics and more.
