BravoTran has acquired Keystroke.io, the move positions BravoTran as a provider in the industry to unify payables and receivables automation within a single digital solution.

The acquisition represents a significant milestone in the digital transformation of financial processes across global logistics. Freight forwarders have long grappled with inefficiencies in accounts receivable management, including delayed payments, reduced cash flow visibility, and the high costs of managing complex electronic data interchange (EDI) requirements. By integrating Keystroke.io’s technology, BravoTran is set to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end platform that automates both sides of the financial transaction, streamlining operations and optimising cash management.

Keystroke.io’s platform addresses a critical industry challenge with its advanced pre-audit system and a unified dashboard that provides real-time visibility into outstanding invoices across all channels. Its single-interface design also simplifies the management of customer billing EDI connections, reducing costs and accelerating compliance with client-specific billing mandates.

“Keystroke addresses a known customer pain point,” said Tom Durrenberger, CEO of BravoTran. “We’re implementing this capability across our customer base to offer an end-to-end solution that brings unified automation to both the payables and receivables functions, saving our customers time and money while positioning BravoTran to become the leading payables automation service for freight forwarders. There is no other competing product in the market.”

David Haynes, co-founder of Keystroke.io, added: “This acquisition is a validation of the innovative product our team has built. BravoTran’s focus on solving real, tangible problems faced by forwarders in managing their finances made them a natural acquirer. We’re excited to continue to build the business together.”

With this strategic acquisition, BravoTran strengthens its market position as a financial technology innovator for the freight forwarding sector. The combined solution not only enhances operational efficiency but also equips forwarders with future-ready tools to improve working capital, reduce manual error, and meet evolving customer requirements in an increasingly digitised logistics ecosystem.
