BlueSnap brings AR automation to BigCommerce

BlueSnap, has collaborated with Commerce, the parent company of BigCommerce, to deliver the industry’s first B2B payments and accounts receivable (AR) automation solution purpose-built for BigCommerce B2B Edition.

This milestone marks a significant step forward in unifying eCommerce and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. By embedding BlueSnap’s AR automation capabilities directly within BigCommerce B2B Edition, merchants now have seamless integration with leading ERP platforms including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and QuickBooks. The result is a fully connected ecosystem that streamlines operations, accelerates cash flow, and transforms the buyer experience.

The integration introduces a consolidated solution that bridges eCommerce, AR, and ERP in real time. Merchants can now synchronise customer and invoice data seamlessly across systems, reducing reconciliation errors and manual intervention. Buyers benefit from a unified, branded portal that supports multiple payment methods – including credit cards, deposits, instalments, and payment terms alongside ERP invoices and eCommerce orders.

The automation layer further enhances financial management with features such as autopay, invoice reminders, early payment discounts, and real-time updates, enabling merchants to accelerate receivables while strengthening customer relationships. By eliminating the need for third-party middleware and fragmented gateways, the solution simplifies the technology stack and reduces long-term operational complexity.
