RecVue, Order Lifecycle Management, Order-to-Cash, USARecVue, provider of Order Lifecycle Management (OLM) solutions designed to modernize the complex order-to-cash (O2C) processes for enterprises, recently announced its billing management solution has been selected by Blue Label Telecoms to automate billing for its immensely complex, large and disparate partner channels. Headquartered in South Africa, Blue Label Telecoms is a leading specialist in digital products and the electronic distribution of virtual merchandise.

RecVue helps industry-leading companies solve complex billing, revenue and partner payment challenges through a unified and sophisticated SaaS platform, while offering extended solutions to meet the needs of rapidly growing businesses. Following a rigorous selection process, Blue Label Telecoms recognized that RecVue was the superior solution to address the inherent complexity in its business model, manage the large transaction volumes and support its evolution.

“Given its success with other customers processing large data volumes with complex billing requirements, it was clear to us that RecVue was the only logical solution,” said Johan Smith, Blue Label Telecoms Group Chief Technology and Information Officer.

“We are excited to begin working with RecVue, as we look to further our global reach and strengthen our platform business models with this best-of-breed order-to-cash solution, which can manage and simplify our core business’s complex billing processes encompassing our wide network of partners,” Smith added.

In the long run, Blue Label will benefit from a huge reduction in operational and transactional costs, furthermore reducing complexity in billing and commission logic held within its legacy systems. The RecVue solution will also help foster Blue Label’s ability to develop new revenue streams.

Legacy systems were not designed to handle today’s billing needs, yet still form the backbone of many enterprises. They are often responsible for holding organizations back from leveraging new digital technologies and creating new experiences for their customers, stakeholders and partners, including addressing customer requests for flexibility in how and when they pay and use products and services.

“Our collaboration with Blue Label Telecoms demonstrates how we can serve the growing needs of the telecommunications industry, by streamlining and solving their complex usage-billing and partner collaboration,” said Nishant Nair, RecVue CEO.

“In addition, it reiterates RecVue’s capability to offer billing solutions to organizations with a large network of thousands of merchants – ranging from local merchants to retailers and banks. We provide the only global SaaS solution with the capability to replace custom legacy systems and provide the necessary flexibility and scalability to manage billing and partner compensation.”
