Blackwired has launched its enhanced ThirdWatch platform, a transformative evolution in cyber resilience that neutralises threats before they occur. Integrating advanced 3D Threat Visualisation, Direct Threat Intelligence (DTI) and its proprietary Aim-Ready-Fire (ARFi) methodology, the upgraded platform represents a decisive shift from reactive defence models to pre-emptive, intelligence-driven protection.

The launch comes at a time when cyber-attacks are growing exponentially in scale and sophistication, fuelled by adversaries leveraging artificial intelligence to amplify their reach and precision. The past year alone has seen major breaches affecting leading organisations, including Marks & Spencer, Co-op, Jaguar Land Rover, and Collins Aerospace in the UK, and Salesforce in the US, an incident that rippled across global enterprises such as Google, Cisco, Farmers Insurance, Pandora, and TransUnion, compromising the data of over 4.4 million individuals. In Asia, attacks on Qantas and Asahi Group Holdings resulted in severe operational and reputational fallout, with losses running into billions. Global cybercrime damages are projected to reach a staggering US$10.5 trillion annually by the end of 2025, underscoring the urgent need for a new paradigm in cybersecurity.

ThirdWatch delivers a future-ready, AI-enhanced approach to pre-emptive defence that goes far beyond the outdated “detect and respond” systems of the past. The platform’s 3D visualisation capability provides a real-time, multi-layered view of cyber-attack campaigns and threat sequences directly targeting organisations, while its ARFi methodology actively disrupts adversaries during their reconnaissance phase. By embedding Direct Threat Intelligence via secure APIs into clients’ existing security architectures, Blackwired enables immediate, actionable responses to evolving digital threats, allowing organisations to maintain operational continuity and protect critical data before an attack can unfold.

“Enhancements to ThirdWatch were developed in response to every sector’s desperate need to survive in the digital age,” said Jeremy Samide, CEO at Blackwired. “We’ve created an innovative platform to predict cyber-attacks before they strike, effectively preventing intellectual property and data theft, fines, and lost productivity. Blackwired is the only pre-emptive cybersecurity provider in the market today.”

Ruth Wandhöfer, Head of European Markets at Blackwired, added, “With strong, innovative cyber defences, businesses can rationalise their cybersecurity toolkit and stack, as well as staff, and redirect freed-up resources into more revenue-generating activities. They can also avoid regulatory fines, investigations and other consequences of cyber-attacks, effectively making an organisation more competitive, trusted, resilient, valued and ultimately more profitable.”
