Beeks Financial Cloud Group has partnered with TMX Datalinx, to power TMX Elastic Market Access (TMX EMA), a new Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution that TMX Datalinx plans to offer its clients, subject to regulatory approval. The partnership reinforces Beeks’ growing international presence and highlights its role as a trusted technology partner for exchanges seeking advanced, cloud-based market infrastructure.

Powered by Beeks’ Exchange Cloud®, TMX EMA represents a significant step forward in digital transformation for financial market infrastructure. The fully managed, configurable IaaS solution is purpose-built for capital markets, enabling TMX Datalinx to deliver a secure, low-latency and scalable environment optimised for high-performance trading and data analytics. The deployment of TMX EMA will allow TMX Datalinx to provide market participants with access to bare-metal compute, dedicated connectivity and on-demand infrastructure within its co-location facility, creating new opportunities for firms to operate with greater agility and efficiency while maintaining the speed and reliability required by modern trading strategies.

By integrating Beeks’ cloud technology within its co-location ecosystem, TMX Datalinx will introduce a new model for market access, combining proximity hosting with the flexibility and scalability of the cloud. The initiative aims to simplify and accelerate client access to Canada’s markets, reduce deployment times, and support innovation across the trading ecosystem.

Gordon McArthur, CEO at Beeks Group, said, “We are delighted to welcome TMX Datalinx to our growing community of Exchange Cloud users, empowering them to offer clients scalable, secure and low latency compute environments from within their co-location facility. TMX Datalinx’s adoption of our solution is a strong endorsement of our ability to meet the unique demands of global financial exchanges. It reflects the growing market appetite for flexible, cloud-based trading infrastructure, opening up new possibilities for how capital markets participants build and deploy trading systems.”

Michelle Tran, President, TMX Datalinx, added, “Our goal is to make accessing Canada’s markets as seamless and efficient as possible, and our planned TMX Elastic Market Access service is a direct response to client demand for more flexible and scalable trading infrastructure. By collaborating with Beeks and utilising their proven Exchange Cloud platform, we will be able to offer clients a scalable, proximity-based virtual colocation service that connects them to our markets quickly, significantly reducing their deployment time to market.”
