Axiology partners Orchestrate Funds to expand bond placement
By Divya Shah
Why it matters: The partnership highlights rising demand for digital capital markets infrastructure that streamlines fundraising, bond issuance, settlement, and investor servicing. For FinTechs, it demonstrates how regulated platforms can support alternative investments and private market distribution while reducing operational complexity and improving access between issuers and professional investors.
Axiology, a provider of regulated European capital markets infrastructure, partnered with Orchestrate Funds to offer services for the placement of investment funds and corporate bonds among professional investors.
Under the agreement, Orchestrate Funds will operate as a tied agent of Axiology, contributing its investment expertise and investor network to the placement process. Earlier this month, Orkest Partners, the company behind Orchestrate Funds, was registered as a tied intermediary of Axiology.
The partnership aims to provide businesses and investment funds with broader access to capital while offering investors a wider range of investment opportunities. Through Axiology’s regulated trading and settlement infrastructure, issuers will be able to register eligible bonds, raise capital, and manage ongoing administration activities such as coupon payments and bond redemptions.
Viktorija Orkinė, founder of Orchestrate Funds, said, “This partnership means more opportunities both for Baltic businesses seeking capital and for investors looking for attractive investments. By partnering with Axiology, we will be able to offer a broader range of selected investments, from bond issues and closed-end funds to other solutions. I hope soon we will be able to present the first opportunities to investors.”
The collaboration comes as Lithuania’s bond market continues to expand. According to data from the Bank of Lithuania, bond issuances raised €1.5 billion in 2025, compared with €0.8 billion in 2024, reflecting growing demand for alternative fundraising channels.
Corporate issuers and investment funds issuing bonds will be able to access Orchestrate Funds’ investor network while utilising Axiology’s infrastructure for trading, settlement, and post-issuance servicing. The end-to-end model is designed to connect capital raising with ongoing bond administration through a single regulated platform.
Orchestrate Funds is currently raising capital through the Newport Fund III Feeder Fund, which invests in Newport Logistics Fund III, a vehicle focused on logistics real estate developments across Western Europe. Development services for the projects are provided by Panattoni, one of Europe’s largest logistics property developers. Since May 2026, more than 100 investors have committed over €25 million to the feeder fund.
Marius Jurgilas, CEO of Axiology, said, “As specialist investment businesses grow, the processes behind raising capital need to keep pace with their investor relationships. Our role is to provide regulated services that support that growth, so firms such as Orchestrate Funds can focus on their investment expertise without having to build the underlying market infrastructure themselves. The value of this partnership will be in how well it supports the practical work of bringing investments to market and serving investors.”
The partnership reflects a broader trend of investment firms leveraging regulated digital capital markets infrastructure to simplify fundraising, investor access, and post-trade operations.
