ANNA Money, Shaype, Business Finance, Embedded Finance, Cape, Fintech Solution, Artificial Intelligence, Business Spend Management, Corporate Spending, Australia,ANNA Money, a UK-based FinTech offering AI-powered business accounts, has partnered with Australian embedded finance platform Shaype to launch a comprehensive business finance “super app.” The new platform is being made available to startups and proprietary limited (Pty Ltd) companies across Australia.

The application aims to streamline financial management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by integrating a broad range of services, such as business banking, tax, expense tracking, company formation, and card management, into a single interface. The move is intended to address inefficiencies in traditional SME financial workflows, which often involve multiple disconnected tools and services.

Unlike other providers that have predominantly targeted freelancers and sole traders, ANNA’s offering is tailored to the more complex financial needs of Pty Ltd businesses. By leveraging machine learning, real-time data, and automation, the app provides businesses with a centralised platform designed to reduce administrative burdens and improve financial decision-making.

The launch follows ANNA Money’s acquisition of Australian FinTech Cape in early 2024, marking its official entry into the local market. Following its acquisition of Cape, ANNA launched in Australia to help Pty Ltd businesses eliminate financial admin, stay compliant, and scale with confidence.

This development represents a growing trend in SME-focused FinTech solutions that seek to consolidate fragmented financial operations into unified digital ecosystems, potentially reshaping how Australian businesses manage their finances.
