AND Solutions has signed a full-service agreement with AEON Thana Sinsap to deploy its AI-powered credit scoring solution across the lender’s personal loan operations. The agreement follows the successful completion of an eight-month proof-of-concept (POC) phase, during which the model demonstrated strong accuracy in assessing borrower income levels and creditworthiness.

Under the new agreement, AND Solutions will implement its credit scoring technology into full production, enabling AEON Thana Sinsap to fully automate its credit evaluation and approval process for personal loans. The deployment is expected to significantly reduce processing times, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and improve overall customer experience.

The partnership marks a key step in AEON Thana Sinsap’s efforts to modernise its lending operations and enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging AI-driven decision-making, the company aims to scale its lending business while maintaining robust risk management practices.

Batbaatar Purev-Ochir, CEO of AND Solutions, said, “This transition from a successful pilot to a full-service agreement reflects the strong collaboration between our teams. We have demonstrated that our AI-powered credit intelligence can deliver the accuracy and scalability required by a market leader. We look forward to supporting AEON Thana Sinsap as they automate and modernise their loan origination processes.”

Kosei Yahiro, Executive Vice President at AEON Thana Sinsap, added, “This deployment will enhance the speed, accuracy and consistency of our credit evaluation, enabling more efficient and scalable lending operations. It will also strengthen our ability to expand access to credit while maintaining disciplined risk management.”

The agreement builds on AND Solutions’ growing partnerships with subsidiaries of AEON Financial Service across Asia, including a recent deployment in Indonesia. Both companies plan to explore further opportunities to enhance lending efficiency through advanced technologies such as automated data processing and document management.
