Ambit Finvest partners with Salesforce to digitise customer onboarding

Ambit Finvest, the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) of Ambit Group, has announced its collaboration with Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, to digitise its customer onboarding journey.
The Salesforce CRM platform enables the sales team to assess, filter, and prioritize leads and track loan applications on a real-time basis, thereby leading to enhanced sales productivity and improved approval rates. The platform provides access to real-time dashboards leading to complete visibility of the sales funnel. The platform also seamlessly integrates with third-party service providers and the core systems thereby enabling the compay to design its unique customer onboarding journey.
