Aevi and Paydock team up for Omnichannel Payment Orchestration
By Gloria Methri
Paydock has entered a strategic partnership with Aevi to deliver a true omnichannel payment orchestration offering for financial institutions, merchants and ISVs.
This partnership unites Paydock’s expertise and agnostic infrastructure in digital payments with Aevi’s advanced in-store payment solutions. This empowers ISVs, enterprises, payment services providers and acquirers to orchestrate payments across both online and physical channels seamlessly.
Businesses will be able to centralise online and in-store payments through a single reporting interface, bridging the gap between digital and physical payments and allowing them to process through multiple acquirers.
The payments landscape is increasingly complex, with businesses often managing multiple providers, payment types, and integration challenges. This partnership removes that complexity by providing a single platform, integrated with numerous payment services providers and acquirers, that merchants, ISVs and acquirers can bring to market quickly. By enabling online payment methods like Open Banking, PayPal, and BNPL in face-to-face environments, the platform delivers a unified payment experience.
The solution scales with businesses of all sizes, allowing retailers to reduce costs by efficiently adapting to customer payment preferences in-store, from Open Banking to BNPL. ISVs will only need to build their card-present and eCommerce payment infrastructure once, which will give them access to multiple terminal devices, online check-outs and acquirers.
Rob Lincolne, CEO of Paydock, said, “This partnership brings to life our vision of simplifying payments and providing a seamless, secure and personalised payment experience across all channels to our client base of merchants, ISVs, and financial institutions, offering unified experiences, payment options and agnostic multi-acquiring capability. The collaboration will enable us further to enhance innovation and flexibility in the payments landscape, meeting the evolving needs of our partners and clients.”
Mike Camerling, CEO of Aevi, said, “We are committed to transforming how businesses interact with customers at the point of interaction (POI) and enabling our clients and partners to be flexible and modular with their offerings is key. We see the industry quickly changing in a way that requires all aspects of the payments ecosystem to be flexible and agnostic. Partnering with an industry-leading payment orchestration platform in Paydock helps enable these outcomes in a thoughtful and turnkey way.”
