Teciem has appointed Stefano Maestri as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Strath Lanyon as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its treasury and capital markets technology business.
Both executives will be based in London and report directly to CEO Wissam Khoury. The appointments form part of Teciem’s long-term growth strategy and reflect its focus on innovation, customer success and continued investment in products and services.
The move comes as financial institutions increasingly seek modern treasury and capital markets technology that can improve operational efficiency, support cloud adoption and accelerate digital transformation. Teciem has been addressing these requirements through its cloud-native solutions designed to simplify operations and support future growth.
As CTO, Maestri will lead the company’s global engineering and platform strategy. His responsibilities will include driving product innovation, advancing cloud and AI capabilities, and ensuring the security, resilience and scalability of Teciem’s technology platform. He brings experience in financial services technology, platform transformation and engineering leadership.
Lanyon will oversee customer success, focusing on strengthening client relationships, increasing product adoption and supporting customers through their transformation programmes. With more than two decades of experience across capital markets, RegTech and data automation, he will work to help clients realise greater value from their technology investments.
Wissam Khoury, CEO and Board Director of Teciem, said the appointments align with the company’s strategy to advance treasury and capital markets technology while helping customers modernise operations and adopt next-generation AI-enabled solutions.
Teciem said the combined expertise of Maestri and Lanyon will support its efforts to deepen customer partnerships, enhance product innovation and help financial institutions navigate increasingly complex technology transformation initiatives.
