NeoXam, a provider of investment management, data management and compliance software solutions, has extended its NeoXam Manager and NeoXam Compliance platforms to the operations of Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. in Croatia.

The deployment builds on NeoXam’s existing relationship with Raiffeisen Capital Management, one of Austria’s asset managers, which has used the solutions for several years across its Austrian operations.

The rollout will provide the entity with a unified platform for portfolio management as well as pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring

The implementation is expected to support greater operational efficiency, consistency and governance across investment processes.

Harald Frodl, Head of Fund Services at Raiffeisen Capital Management, said, “ A harmonised platform supports our operational model, enables greater efficiency, and provides the flexibility required to address local market needs while maintaining consistent standards across the organisation.”

As regulatory requirements continue to evolve, compliance remains a critical focus for asset managers. NeoXam Compliance enables investment teams to automate monitoring activities and ensure portfolios adhere to regulatory, client and internal investment mandates.

The decision was also influenced by NeoXam Manager’s modular architecture, which allows organisations to tailor functionality to local business needs while maintaining a common technology platform across markets and entities.

Charles Sayac, Managing Director Continental Europe at NeoXam, said, “This extension demonstrates the value of a standardised yet flexible platform that can be deployed across markets while meeting the unique requirements of each business entity.”

The extension further strengthens NeoXam’s presence in the European asset management market and highlights the growing demand for integrated portfolio management and compliance solutions across cross-border investment operations.
