M2P has been selected to power the “3 Steps to Finance” journey for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India, in a move aimed at streamlining lending operations and improving the customer experience from application to approval.

The rollout has focused on simplifying the core financing journey through a more digital and structured process. M2P said the platform supports seamless onboarding, faster credit decisioning and a smoother customer experience, reducing friction across the lending flow.

For auto finance providers, lending journeys have increasingly been shaped by demand for faster approvals, lower manual effort and more intuitive digital servicing. Banks and captive finance arms have been under pressure to modernise credit workflows while keeping decisions consistent and operationally efficient.

The collaboration reflects a broader trend in financial services, where lenders have moved toward API-driven infrastructure to improve speed, data flow and customer engagement. By embedding technology into the lending process, firms have been able to shorten turnaround times and create more unified application journeys.

M2P said its platform has been designed to support the end-to-end credit experience, helping lenders manage onboarding and approval steps in a more connected way. For customers, that has meant fewer handoffs and a more straightforward path from finance application to decision.

The partnership also underlines growing use of fintech infrastructure in consumer and auto lending, where digital journeys have become a competitive differentiator. As lenders continue to focus on efficiency and user experience, partnerships with infrastructure providers have played a larger role in modernising credit delivery.

With the new implementation, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India has taken a further step toward digitising its lending process and tightening the connection between finance origination and customer experience.
