Why does it matter: The partnership highlights the growing role of payment orchestration in the global market. As FinTechs expand across regions, access to local payment methods through a single integration can reduce onboarding complexity, accelerate market entry, improve payment acceptance rates, and support regulatory compliance.

Gr4vy partnered with Unlimit to provide enterprise merchants with access to card-acquiring services and a range of local payment methods through their existing payment orchestration integration.

The collaboration enables businesses using Gr4vy’s cloud payment orchestration platform to offer region-specific payment options without building separate integrations for each market, helping accelerate international expansion.

Through the partnership, merchants gained access to payment methods including Pix, Mercado Pago, PicPay, OXXO and Efectivo in Latin America; M-Pesa and Airtel Money in Africa; WeChat Pay, GrabPay and UPI in Asia-Pacific; and MB WAY and SEPA Instant in Europe.

John Lunn, Founder and CEO of Gr4vy, said, “Partnering with Unlimit gives our customers the flexibility to add the local payment methods they need as they expand internationally, without rebuilding their financial stack. This allows them to meet local payment preferences while maintaining a single global setup.”

The integration is designed to help merchants address regional payment preferences while simplifying payment infrastructure management through a unified platform.

Irene Skrynova, CEO of Global Payments at Unlimit, said, “Payments remain fundamentally local. Customer preferences, currencies and processing requirements differ from market to market, creating complexity for businesses expanding internationally. Our partnership with Gr4vy addresses that complexity by connecting its enterprise merchants to Unlimit’s global payment coverage and local capabilities.”

The partnership reflects growing demand among global merchants for payment orchestration solutions that simplify access to local payment methods while reducing the complexity of cross-border expansion.
