Roinet Bets on AI to Strengthen Insurance Sales and Servicing Roinet Solution has launched an AI-powered InsurTech platform aimed at strengthening insurance distribution across India, particularly in Tier-2, Tier-3 and rural markets.

The platform is designed to support more than 10,000 partners across 22 states, 741 districts and over 4,581 cities. Through the initiative, Roinet aims to equip Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) with digital tools that simplify insurance sales, customer service and business management.

At the centre of the platform is Roinet’s strategy to transform POSPs from traditional insurance sellers into technology-enabled insurance entrepreneurs. While much of the insurance sector has focused on digitising the customer purchase journey, Roinet is focused on digitising the distribution channel by providing tools that support sales, advisory and after-sales services.

The platform combines customer profiling, real-time product comparison, AI-driven policy recommendations, proposal assistance, policy issuance, renewal tracking, claims support and customer servicing within a single ecosystem.

Its recommendation engine analyses factors including age, gender, location, pre-existing medical conditions, policy tenure and riders to identify suitable insurance products. This is intended to help POSPs make more informed recommendations while enabling customers to select policies that better match their requirements.

Sameer Mathur, Managing Director and Founder of Roinet Solution, said the company aims to equip insurance advisors with technology, product intelligence, training and support to help customers make informed insurance decisions and build sustainable businesses.

In addition to digital capabilities, Roinet will provide free training, certification programmes, marketing resources, business analytics, income tracking and advisory support. A partner dashboard will offer real-time visibility into leads, policies, commissions and customer volumes.

The company plans to onboard more than 10,000 POSPs and resellers while partnering with insurers across life, health and motor insurance segments. Roinet is targeting ₹500 crore in insurance premiums and the issuance of 100,000 policies by FY28.
