TBX launches B2B Bill Payments on TrustHub via Bharat Connect
By Divya Shah
TBX (formerly TransBnk) has introduced a B2B Bill Payments capability on its TrustHub platform through NBBL’s Bharat Connect for Business, enabling businesses to manage invoice and payment journeys through a unified digital platform.
The integration connects TrustHub with Bharat Connect for Business, creating an interoperable ecosystem for buyers and sellers to manage commercial transactions digitally.
Under the new offering, sellers, including manufacturers, distributors and service providers, can present invoices and receive payments, while buyers such as retailers, dealers and enterprises can discover invoices, make payments and track transaction status through the platform.
The solution is designed to streamline B2B payment workflows by bringing invoicing and payment management directly into the corporate banking environment.
Vaibhav Tambe, co-founder and CEO of TBX, said, “With B2B Bill Payments on TrustHub, we are bringing these interactions into the corporate banking environment and making it easier for businesses to manage their invoice and payment journeys through a single platform.”
He added that the capability supports TBX’s broader objective of building connected infrastructure that strengthens business banking relationships and addresses evolving enterprise requirements.
The platform caters to businesses across sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive and education, particularly those handling recurring invoices, supplier payments and high-volume transactions.
As part of the implementation, TBX TrustHub operates as a Participating Agent Institution (P-AI) within the Bharat Connect for Business ecosystem and is directly integrated with NBBL’s technology infrastructure.
IDFC FIRST Bank serves as the Sponsor Operating Unit, supporting the payment and banking infrastructure behind the solution.
The launch further expands TrustHub’s corporate banking proposition, which already offers capabilities spanning banking connectivity, treasury and liquidity management, payments, collections, reconciliation and financial workflow automation.
Amar Bhartia, Global Product Head at TBX, said, “Our collaboration with NBBL brings Bharat Connect for Business capabilities into TrustHub, giving businesses a digital environment to manage invoices, payments and related workflows.”
The addition of B2B Bill Payments extends TrustHub’s functionality into day-to-day commercial transactions, reflecting the growing demand for integrated platforms that simplify invoice management, payments and business banking operations.
