The collaboration enables 30,000+ businesses to instantly open accounts, automate cash sweeps, and optimise idle funds directly within their existing HR and payroll dashboard.

Apex Fintech Solutions, the infrastructure provider, has collaborated with Rippling, a workforce and finance management platform for modern digital investing. The alliance introduces a fully integrated treasury product designed to give Rippling’s base of over 30,000 business customers direct access to streamlined, digital investing.

Under the partnership, U.S. entity accounts utilising Rippling will gain access to Apex’s Money Market Fund Sweep programme as the initial offering, with future expansions planned for a broader suite of fixed-income instruments.

By enabling Apex’s cloud-native infrastructure, Apex AscendOS™, directly into the platform, Rippling allows businesses to deploy idle capital without adding administrative friction.

Bill Capuzzi, CEO of Apex Fintech Solutions, said, “By integrating Apex’s real-time investment infrastructure into Rippling’s platform, businesses can put their cash to work without adding operational complexity.”

For Rippling, the move aimed at its financial service ecosystem allowed companies to consolidate capital management alongside everyday operations like payroll, benefits, and spend control.

“Our customers trust Rippling to simplify their operations across finance, HR, and IT. Businesses can now manage their cash more effectively alongside payroll, benefits, and spend management, all in one place,” said Jason James, General Manager of Rippling Finance.

James further added, “Adding treasury management capabilities broadens the suite of financial services we offer, giving our customers another reason to consolidate their operations on Rippling.”

The new treasury suite leverages Apex’s digital-first clearing and custody capabilities, aiming to minimise the traditional overhead associated with corporate investment setup:

The integrated offering delivers several key features designed to streamline corporate investing. It provides a faster time to market by allowing companies to outsource regulatory registration through Apex, removing the need to build compliance infrastructure from scratch.

Apex Clearing will act as the FINRA-registered broker-dealer for the offering, providing enterprise-grade compliance infrastructure to support Rippling’s expanding financial ecosystem.
