Nexedge raises $20m to scale India Wealth platform and services
By Puja Sharma

Nexedge Capital, a wealth management and multi-family office firm for India’s HNIs, UHNIs, families and corporates, has raised primary capital of $20 million, led by Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Elev8 Venture Partners.
The fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen its technology platform, expand Nexedge’s senior banker network, extend its footprint across India, including tier 2 and 3 cities, and build out complementary offerings such as a dedicated NRI proposition, an NBFC business, among other initiatives.
Nexedge offers an end-to-end ecosystem that brings together financial investments and portfolio management, estate planning, business expansion, and global mobility, curated and customised to a family’s specific goals. The company’s vision is not merely to manage wealth, but to help India’s families build a legacy designed to endure.
Anirudha Taparia, Founder & CEO, Nexedge Capital, said, “Our maiden raise marks an important milestone in Nexedge’s journey. The confidence shown by our institutional investors reinforces our belief that this is a rare opportunity to build India’s first true Net-Worth Management firm, one that manages the entirety of a family’s balance sheet rather than only its investible surplus. This capital gives us the ability to accelerate our banker onboarding, deepen distribution across the country, and offer our conflict-free Net Worth advisory to more families.”
Puneet Kumar, CEO, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, said, “What convinced us to back Nexedge is its ownership model. Over 150 senior leaders have invested their own capital to become owners, not just employees. This long-term commitment is the truest test of alignment in this business. When advisors have their own capital at stake, incentives are structurally tied to client outcomes, not growth targets alone. This gives us real conviction that Nexedge is where a disproportionate share of India’s next wealth story will be built.”
Nexedge was founded by Anirudha Taparia in February 2025. Taparia previously served as Co-Founder and Joint CEO of 360 ONE Wealth, where he helped build the platform from inception into a multi-trillion-rupee, publicly listed franchise.
