CapitalXB Finance has deployed Biz2X’s AI-powered digital lending platform to expand its trade and supply chain finance services for Indian MSMEs, mid-market companies and exporters.

The RBI-regulated NBFC-Factor has implemented Biz2X’s platform across client onboarding, origination, underwriting, documentation and portfolio management. The deployment has supported CapitalXB’s strategy to build a technology-led trade finance platform combining digital credit, working capital, export finance, foreign exchange and compliance capabilities.

Taranjit S Jaswal, Managing Director and CEO, CapitalXB, said, “Our objective is not simply to digitise lending. We are building an integrated trade-finance platform that combines credit, technology, regulatory infrastructure and institutional capital distribution.”

CapitalXB has reported that the implementation has reduced KYC and client onboarding timelines from two to three days to less than an hour. AI-assisted credit assessment has also improved credit turnaround times by more than 80%.

Over the next 12–18 months, CapitalXB has targeted more than $104.55 million in disbursements through the Biz2X-powered platform and expects to support over 250 new SMEs and MSMEs. The company has also planned to expand its financing capabilities across domestic and international trade corridors through a partner-led cross-border model.

Rohit Arora, Co-Founder and CEO, Biz2Credit and Biz2X, said, “The future of supply chain finance will be built on intelligent platforms combining AI, automation and data to make credit faster, more transparent and more scalable.”

The platform has provided CapitalXB with a scalable digital architecture intended to increase transaction volumes without a corresponding rise in operational complexity and credit headcount. AI and automation have been incorporated into underwriting, monitoring and operational workflows, while credit policy and sanctioning have remained institutionally governed.

The implementation has strengthened the partnership between CapitalXB and Biz2X as the companies have sought to modernise trade and supply chain finance infrastructure through digital technologies.
