Omnia by LMAX Group has partnered with Monavate to enhance digital asset payment and settlement capabilities for businesses operating across global markets.

Michael Rolph, Chief Executive Officer of Monavate, has said the partnership has strengthened the company’s ability to expand globally by combining its payment capabilities with institutional-grade execution and settlement infrastructure.

The partnership has combined Omnia’s institutional liquidity and execution infrastructure with Monavate’s regulated payments platform, enabling the payments provider to access liquidity and execution services through a single API connectivity layer. The collaboration has aimed to simplify payment operations and improve settlement efficiency for businesses managing cross-border transactions.

The companies have said that demand for faster and more flexible payment services has continued to increase as organisations seek to issue, move and settle funds more efficiently. They have added that delivering these services at scale requires integrated infrastructure spanning liquidity, execution and settlement while reducing operational complexity.

Through the partnership, Monavate has gained access to LMAX Group’s institutional liquidity across digital assets, stablecoins and fiat currencies. The integration has enabled the company to streamline backend payment operations and settlement processes while supporting its strategy of providing global payment capabilities through a unified platform.

According to the companies, the collaboration has helped address fragmentation in payment infrastructure by allowing businesses to access execution and settlement capabilities without managing multiple providers independently. The integrated model has also supported payment providers seeking to scale internationally while maintaining a consistent customer experience.

Oscar Vickerman, Head of Strategic Distribution at LMAX Group, has said that institutional digital asset infrastructure has become increasingly important as businesses incorporate digital assets into payment and settlement workflows.

The partnership has reflected continued investment in integrated payment infrastructure as financial institutions and payment providers expand the use of digital assets in cross-border payment ecosystems.
