Nucleus Software has appointed Bhavit Godiwala as Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO), strengthening its leadership team as financial institutions continue to accelerate digital transformation, cloud adoption and AI-driven modernisation initiatives.

In his new role, Godiwala has assumed responsibility for leading Nucleus Software’s global Customer Success organisation. The company has said he will focus on deepening customer relationships, accelerating value realisation, strengthening delivery excellence and helping financial institutions improve business agility in an increasingly digital environment.

Parag Bhise, CEO and Executive Director at Nucleus Software, said: “As financial institutions continue to modernise their technology landscapes and respond to rapidly evolving customer expectations, agility, execution excellence and customer success have become strategic priorities. Bhavit brings a unique combination of deep banking expertise, large-scale transformation experience, customer-centric leadership and operational excellence.”

Godiwala has joined Nucleus Software with nearly three decades of experience across banking technology, customer success and large-scale transformation programmes. His career has included senior leadership roles at Centelon Group, Intellect Design Arena, Tech Mahindra and Infosys Finacle, where he has led banking modernisation initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Latin America.

Nucleus Software has said the appointment comes as banks and financial institutions have continued to invest in digital lending, transaction banking, cloud-native platforms and intelligent automation technologies. The company has positioned customer success as a strategic priority as institutions seek to maximise returns from technology transformation programmes.

Bhavit Godiwala, Chief Customer Success Officer at Nucleus Software, said: “As the banking industry enters a new era shaped by AI, intelligent automation and digital transformation, customer success will increasingly be defined by the ability to deliver agility, accelerate outcomes and continuously create business value.”

The appointment has reinforced Nucleus Software’s focus on supporting the adoption and expansion of its lending and transaction banking platforms, including FinnOne Neo, while helping customers navigate evolving operational and technology requirements.
