Puneet Chaddha

Senior Advisor, ASEAN Markets

Puneet is a Senior Advisor, IBS Intelligence’s Asean Markets, based in Singapore. He is a seasoned financial services professional who has spent over 25 years with the HSBC Group managing a range of businesses ie Wholesale Banking, Asset Management, Consumer Lending, Markets and Transaction Banking. His last role was as Regional CEO for HSBC Group’s asset management business in South East Asia. After leaving HSBC, he spent time in the field of sustainability. Using Sustainability Knowhow and Data Science he developed a sustainability framework targeted at smaller companies, which won the top award at the Singapore Fintech Festival’s Hackcelerator.

Presently he is a Senior Advisor to Bain & Co & Barings EQT. He also advises/mentors a number of Fintech firms in Singapore, UK, Europe and HK.  An engineering and management graduate, he also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
