Mobispaw selects Zūm Rails to streamline digital payments
By Vriti Gothi

Mobispaw has selected Zūm Rails to power its digital payment infrastructure as the company aims to reduce processing costs and improve checkout experiences for customers booking services online or through its upcoming mobile app.
The shift comes as businesses across sectors reassess digital payment strategies amid rising transaction expenses and growing expectations for more seamless, multi-rail payment options. Many merchants depend on plug-and-play processors to access major networks such as Visa and Interac, but fees and limited flexibility can affect margins and customer experience.
Mobispaw previously relied on an off-the-shelf payments solution that offered limited customisation and support. With the transition to Zūm Rails, the company can now process credit cards, Interac and debit payments directly within its checkout page, removing external redirects that often contribute to abandoned transactions. The company also gains access to dedicated account support and reduced fees, improving its ability to retain revenue.
“Building and maintaining a loyal customer base is critical,” said Jonathan Abitbol, CEO at Mobispaw. “As we continue to scale our offerings across new geographies and build our client base, the limitations of our old payment system became apparent. Working with Zūm Rails, we have been able to customise the solution with support as needed, to offer a seamless customer payment experience and grow the business.”
Zūm Rails says Mobispaw is one of many businesses supported through its standardised migration process, which enables companies to adopt multi-rail payments without the complexity of direct network integrations. The platform is used by enterprises including Western Union, Robinhood and Questrade.
“At Zūm Rails, supporting complex business-to-business clients has been our key focus area since our inception and now we’re expanding the services we can offer businesses,” said Miles Schwartz, CEO at Zūm Rails. “Most businesses need to accept digital payments, but the market is dominated by a few large players offering limited options. We look forward to delivering the tailored payment solutions they need to overcome their most significant headaches.”
