Asseta AI has raised $4.2 million in a seed funding round co-led by Nyca Partners and Motive Partners, as the company looks to expand its accounting and financial operations platform designed specifically for family offices. The investment will support product development and team growth amid rising demand for technology that can manage increasingly complex multi-entity wealth structures.

Family offices globally are navigating a period of rapid expansion driven by the transfer of generational wealth and growth in ultra-high-net-worth households. While operational needs have evolved, technology infrastructure has historically lagged, with many organisations still relying on fragmented or legacy systems. Asseta AI aims to address that gap with The Intelligent Family Office Suite™, which supports accounting, reporting, and data governance for clients managing more than $10 billion in assets through its platform.

The company reports strong traction across larger organisations, noting that nearly one-third of its customers oversee more than $1 billion. The new capital will accelerate the rollout of advanced forecasting, planning, and performance tools, alongside the expansion of engineering and customer success functions.

“The wealth-transfer wave and the proliferation of ultra-high-net-worth families today mean family offices must operate with the rigour of a public company and the agility of a startup,” said Dean Palmiter, Co-founder and CEO of Asseta AI. “Yet the infrastructure hasn’t caught up. Asseta AI’s purpose-built architecture closes that gap.”

Daniel Kennedy, Co-founder and CTO, said, “The funding will help strengthen the core architecture and support new modules that can adapt to increasingly complex data needs. Our goal has always been to build an intelligent platform that evolves with our clients.”

Jasleen Kaur, Partner at Nyca Partners, added, “The opportunity lies in intelligent orchestration of financial data for highly automated, institutional-grade operations. Asseta AI exemplifies that vision by bringing institutional-grade technology and AI capabilities to the family office ecosystem.”

The funding highlights broader momentum across wealth management technology, where data-driven platforms and AI-enabled operations are becoming central to supporting multi-generational wealth structures and investment strategies.
