Mutual Benefit Group (MBG), an insurance provider serving more than 58,000 policyholders across Pennsylvania and Maryland, has implemented One Inc.’s ClaimsPay® platform. he integration represents an important development in MBG’s ongoing digital transformation journey, strengthening its commitment to delivering fast, seamless, and customer-centric claims payment experiences.

With a history of more than a century and a network of over 300 independent agents, MBG continues to evolve its service model through strategic adoption of innovative technologies. The integration of ClaimsPay® enhances MBG’s claims operations by enabling policyholders to receive payments instantly through popular digital channels such as Venmo and PayPal, alongside traditional direct payment methods. This initiative reflects MBG’s vision to blend efficiency, choice, and modern convenience in every stage of the customer journey.

In addition to improving the customer experience, MBG gains access to One Inc’s Vendor-Provider Network, which connects more than 1.1 million vendors and service providers and supports over 290 insurers nationwide. This robust ecosystem helps MBG streamline vendor interactions and deliver faster, more reliable claims settlements across its operations.
