Apiture launches next-gen AI interface for smarter banking
By Vriti Gothi

Apiture has unveiled its next-generation AI-powered user interface (UI) to transform digital banking through predictive intelligence and hyper-personalised engagement.
The launch represents a significant advancement for the Apiture Digital Banking Platform, equipping community banks and credit unions with powerful new tools to deepen customer relationships, enhance operational agility, and deliver seamless digital experiences across online and mobile channels.
At the heart of this innovation is ‘Ask AI’, a conversational interface that integrates artificial intelligence directly into the digital banking experience. The feature enables account holders to receive real-time financial insights and transaction-level analysis through natural, intuitive prompts such as “How much have I spent on subscriptions this year?” or by asking bespoke questions about their financial activity. Responses are immediate, actionable, and securely delivered within the banking environment, eliminating the need for manual review or third-party applications.
Beyond its consumer-facing capabilities, the platform also introduces AI-driven marketing and decision-support tools, empowering financial institutions to deliver precisely targeted offers based on customer behaviour and preferences. Business users gain access to proactive alerts that surface time-sensitive actions, supporting smarter, faster decisions. In line with institutional governance, banks and credit unions maintain full control over AI functionalities, with flexible configuration options to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
“Our new interface represents a significant step forward in digital banking for both financial institutions and their account holders,” said Chris Cox, Chief Operating Officer at Apiture. “With its clean layout, intuitive navigation, and AI built directly into the experience, we’re helping community banks and credit unions deliver smarter, more personalised banking without compromising security, privacy, or flexibility.”
“Apiture’s latest AI-driven enhancements directly reflect the forward-thinking approach that defines our technology strategy at CSI,” said Jeff Brown, Vice President of Technology Strategy and Architecture at CSI. “CSI customers can access these advanced digital banking tools today, and we’re eager to evolve the combined organisation’s capabilities, delivering innovation and choice to financial institutions across the country.”
