Xceptor has partnered with GRCS Inc. to advance operational efficiency and reduce risk across Japan’s financial sector. This partnership marks the first full-scale deployment of Xceptor in Japan and represents a milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy. GRCS will lead implementation and operational support for Xceptor’s solutions within the Japanese market, ensuring seamless adoption across banks and securities firms.

Financial institutions in Japan continue to face challenges arising from the widespread use of end-user computing tools such as Excel and Access for data processing. These fragmented systems contribute to inefficiencies, operational and audit risks, and escalating compliance costs. The collaboration between Xceptor and GRCS directly addresses these issues by introducing enterprise-grade automation capabilities that streamline data management and strengthen governance.

Xceptor’s intelligent automation platform is currently leveraged by nearly half of the world’s top 50 financial institutions to automate data ingestion, validation, and integration. The platform enables organisations to standardise complex datasets and ensure accuracy and transparency throughout the data lifecycle, a critical capability in markets with growing regulatory and compliance demands.

Through this partnership, GRCS will deliver Xceptor’s implementation and support services to major domestic financial institutions, empowering them to drive process transformation, reduce manual dependency, and achieve measurable gains in efficiency.

Yoshikazu Sasaki, President and CEO of GRCS Inc., said, “We are very proud to be the first partner of Xceptor in Japan. We are confident that this partnership will not only bring transformation through the world’s proven automation capabilities across the national financial markets, but will also accelerate our growth and strengthen Xceptor’s presence throughout Japan.”

Grant Coombe, Chief Revenue Officer of Xceptor, commented, “This strategic partnership with GRCS marks a pivotal milestone in Xceptor’s global expansion and a major step forward in accelerating our growth in Japan. We are confident that by combining our deep expertise in intelligent data automation and capital markets with GRCS’s domestic market knowledge, we will be able to deliver transformative operational efficiency for Japan’s financial institutions, resulting in better business outcomes and tangible results.”
