MoEngage raises $100m to power AI innovation

MoEngage has secured $100 million investment from existing investor Goldman Sachs Alternatives and new investor A91 Partners. This latest funding round brings the company’s total capital raised to more than $250 million. It marks a significant milestone in MoEngage’s global expansion, with North America now contributing the largest share of its revenue.

The new capital will drive innovation across MoEngage’s Customer Engagement Platform, particularly through the expansion of Merlin AI, a suite of advanced AI Agents designed to empower marketing and product teams with intelligent decisioning capabilities. Among its features are Offer and Campaign Decisioning Agents that enable B2C enterprises to accelerate campaign launches, automate complex workflows, and scale conversions using AI-driven insights. By embedding decision-making intelligence across customer journeys, MoEngage continues to redefine how brands deliver personalised experiences at scale.

This innovation has already delivered a measurable impact. Glance, for instance, achieved a 50 per cent reduction in campaign go-live times using Merlin AI’s decisioning capabilities. Building on this success, MoEngage will further strengthen its go-to-market and customer success operations across North America and EMEA to meet growing demand and ensure faster time-to-value for enterprises pursuing digital transformation.
