PayRetailers has launched EON, its proprietary enterprise artificial intelligence platform designed to advance efficiency, intelligence, and customer experience across the global payments ecosystem. Built entirely in-house, EON integrates advanced AI capabilities with PayRetailers’ deep expertise in payment processing to deliver a seamless, secure, and data-driven environment for merchants and internal teams alike.

EON marks a major milestone in PayRetailers’ digital transformation journey, reinforcing its commitment to continuous innovation and customer-centric design. The platform is engineered to streamline complex processes and empower merchants with actionable insights through an intuitive, conversational interface. Integrated directly into the existing Merchant Portal, EON enables users to perform natural-language searches across transactions, generate customised reports on demand, create adaptive dashboards, and access proactive support through automated ticket generation and diagnostics. By making payment data more accessible and insights more immediate, EON significantly reduces the time required to analyse trends or resolve operational issues.

Within PayRetailers’ internal ecosystem, EON is transforming collaboration and operational efficiency across departments. The platform automates ticket management and workflow coordination by triaging, categorising, and routing queries intelligently. It resolves routine issues autonomously and facilitates seamless data transfer between teams, improving response times and minimising duplication of effort. This allows employees to focus on higher-value strategic initiatives that directly benefit customers.

Developed entirely by PayRetailers’ technology teams, EON has been built with security, privacy, and compliance at its core. All data remains securely within the PayRetailers environment and is protected under the same rigorous standards as its core payment services, including PCI-DSS and GDPR compliance. No data is shared with or used to train external AI models. By developing EON internally, PayRetailers retains full control over its design, functionality, and future roadmap, ensuring tight integration with its infrastructure and alignment with customer needs.

Tristán Torres Velat, Chief Commercial Officer at PayRetailers, said: “EON represents an important step in how we and our merchants interact with payments. For merchants, it removes barriers that often make payment data difficult to use in practice. A simple natural language query can now provide detailed insights, reports or diagnostics without extra training or cost. For our internal teams, it reduces silos, speeds up processes, and allows them to focus on higher-value work that benefits our customers. AI is not something for the future – it is shaping the way payments work today.”
