Linedata has expanded its Global Services offering to the United Kingdom with the establishment of a dedicated business unit within its London branch. The move marks a significant milestone in Linedata’s continued investment in the UK market and reinforces its long-standing commitment to driving innovation and operational resilience across the financial services ecosystem.

Building on two decades of partnership with UK financial institutions, Linedata’s enhanced Global Services capability is designed to meet the sector’s growing demand for nearshoring and offshoring solutions, as well as to address mounting operational challenges brought about by economic headwinds, the pursuit of higher returns, and talent scarcity. Leveraging its London hub, Linedata will offer flexible delivery models spanning nearshore, offshore, and on-site operations, enabling firms to scale efficiently and securely while optimising their digital transformation journeys.

The Linedata Global Services team will deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions, including AI-driven investment process automation through its Cognitive Investment Data Management (CIDM) platform, middle- and back-office outsourcing with AI-enabled reconciliation, and strategic advisory services covering software development, digital transformation, and AI consulting. These offerings are underpinned by Linedata’s proven expertise in operational excellence and technology-driven innovation.

“As a European-based provider with deep expertise in the UK market, Linedata offers a unique advantage by understanding and adhering to local sovereignty requirements and UK regulatory frameworks, as well as deep private markets operational expertise,” said Jonathan Hinkley, Head of Global Services at Linedata. “This launch is a scale-up moment for us, perfectly aligned with the evolving needs of businesses in the UK. We can help firms build the right operating models for their business, address key industry challenges and opportunities while optimising their data strategies and AI usage. By leveraging advanced technologies, our service portfolio is designed to help businesses overcome these challenges while maintaining high levels of service.”

Linedata’s globally integrated operating model provides clients with access to experienced talent, standardised processes, and cutting-edge digital tools, ensuring business continuity and sustainable growth. The company’s Global Services offering can be deployed across clients’ proprietary software platforms or third-party applications, providing flexibility and interoperability in today’s interconnected financial landscape.
