Vodafone Idea and QualityKiosk team up to drive digital reliability

Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has partnered with QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to develop and operate an enterprise-wide Testing Centre of Excellence (TCoE).

Spanning three years, this collaboration marks a pivotal milestone in Vi’s digital transformation journey. Under the agreement, QualityKiosk will design, implement, and manage an advanced TCoE to elevate Vi’s testing capabilities, streamline operational efficiency, and deliver an enhanced digital experience across its extensive service ecosystem.

The newly established TCoE is designed to embed best-in-class testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and digital assurance tools. By consolidating testing operations under a unified centre, Vi aims to accelerate the launch of new products and services, improve testing precision, and ensure consistent reliability across its network, IT systems, and customer-facing platforms. This initiative reflects Vi’s continued focus on driving customer-centric innovation and operational excellence in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Leveraging its deep expertise in telecom testing, automation, and digital quality assurance, QualityKiosk will establish a robust, scalable, and AI-driven testing framework tailored to Vi’s enterprise environment. This framework will play a key role in validating Vi’s infrastructure against performance, security, and usability benchmarks, ensuring best-in-class reliability for millions of users.
