ID4 AG has partnered with Azilen Technologies Pvt. Ltd to accelerate the adoption of AI-enabled compliance and onboarding solutions across the UK and Benelux financial markets.

Under this agreement, Azilen becomes a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and strategic implementation partner for ID4, combining its advanced AI capabilities and proven delivery expertise with ID4’s next-generation CLM platform. The collaboration enables Azilen to sell, implement, and integrate ID4’s RegTech solutions within its client ecosystem, introducing the technology to new financial institutions and regulated entities in two of Europe’s most mature markets for financial and regulatory innovation.

By leveraging Azilen’s established regional presence, AI engineering capabilities, and domain expertise, ID4 gains access to new geographies and customer segments, supporting its broader strategy of geographical expansion and digital innovation. The partnership positions both organisations to address a combined RegTech and CLM market opportunity valued at approximately  $0.8 1 billion annually, with projections of 15–18% yearly growth expected to more than triple the market by 2033 as demand for AI-driven onboarding and compliance automation continues to rise (Sources: Imarc Group, Yahoo Finance).

For Azilen, the collaboration enriches its service portfolio with a proven, enterprise-grade RegTech platform, strengthening its role as a trusted AI-driven systems integrator for regulated industries. The partnership delivers a scalable go-to-market model that accelerates growth, fosters shared innovation, and enhances operational efficiency, allowing ID4 to focus on continuous product advancement while Azilen ensures seamless implementation and integration for clients.

For customers, this collaboration represents a step forward in the digital transformation of compliance and client management. The integration of ID4’s CLM platform with Azilen’s AI-driven delivery capabilities will enhance automation across KYC, risk assessment, and data management processes, enabling faster onboarding, greater operational agility, and improved regulatory readiness.

“This partnership is not only about technology alignment, it’s about delivering better client support, bringing more value to customers, and driving growth,” said Emmanuel Nay, CEO of ID4 AG. “With Azilen as a reseller and implementation partner, we expand our commercial footprint significantly, while ensuring our customers experience the full value of our solutions from day one.”
