TeamSystem has acquired Sellsy to drive the digital transformation of businesses across Europe and the Mediterranean. By integrating Sellsy’s AI-enabled Lead-to-Cash platform, TeamSystem aims to enhance its service offering, simplify business processes, support regulatory compliance, and deliver intelligent, value-driven solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in La Rochelle, Sellsy delivers comprehensive Lead-to-Cash solutions within a unified cloud environment. Its platform integrates CRM, e-invoicing, pre-accounting, cash flow management, marketing automation, and advanced AI functionalities. Recognised as a certified partner in France’s e-invoicing reform, Sellsy supports thousands of SMEs in achieving regulatory compliance ahead of the mandatory 2026 reform. Serving over 23,000 clients and employing more than 180 professionals, including 78 dedicated to R&D and product development, Sellsy demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation, fully aligned with TeamSystem’s values and forward-looking vision. The company also maintains operations in Spain through subsidiaries, including Quipu.

The integration of Sellsy’s platform enhances TeamSystem’s Lead-to-Cash capabilities, delivering a seamless and intelligent experience designed for micro and small businesses. The unified solution simplifies business processes, providing actionable insights through AI-powered business intelligence tools, integrated dashboards, and automated analytics, enabling smarter decision-making and strengthened competitiveness.

Federico Leproux, CEO of TeamSystem, said, “Welcoming Sellsy into our group represents another step forward in our international growth journey, which we have been pursuing with determination for some time. Its technologically advanced solutions, natively equipped with AI functionalities, are aligned with our vision: to offer intelligent, comprehensive digital platforms that go beyond software, designed to provide concrete support to micro and small businesses. This acquisition confirms our commitment to building a strong and connected European ecosystem, capable of supporting professionals and businesses in their digital transformation, simplifying daily operations, and generating new value.”

Victor Douek, CEO of Sellsy, added, “With PSG’s support, we believe Sellsy has embarked on a truly transformative journey, combining strong organic growth with targeted M&A to become a leading provider of business management solutions for SMEs in France and Spain. Today, we are excited to continue this journey within the TeamSystem ecosystem, as we aim to pursue our shared ambition of building the leading European platform for SME management software.”
