Apar Technologies makes strategic investment in Medeon

has announced a strategic investment in Medeon, a Singapore-based company specialising in ServiceNow AI consulting and solutions. The investment aims to strengthen Apar’s enterprise workflow and digital transformation capabilities while helping Medeon expand its market presence.
Medeon’s team includes former ServiceNow and Google AI leaders, as well as industry experts with experience in building, scaling, and optimising enterprise workflows. The company provides a range of ServiceNow offerings, including consulting, product implementation, change management, managed services, and accelerator solutions. These solutions are designed to help clients simplify operations, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Rohit Gandhi, Group CEO of Apar Technologies, said the investment reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its digital transformation portfolio and providing additional value to global clients. Sai Sudhakar, Co-Founder and CEO of Apar Technologies, added that the partnership combines Apar’s global presence and delivery capabilities with Medeon’s ServiceNow expertise to offer end-to-end workflow transformation solutions for enterprise and government clients.
Avinash Vastrad, CEO of Medeon, said the collaboration will allow the company to extend its ServiceNow offerings to new markets and industries, leveraging Apar’s global scale and client relationships.
