FrankieOne has partnered with Daon to address the rising threat of AI-driven fraud, delivering secure, seamless, and scalable identity verification solutions for financial institutions, FinTechs, and regulators worldwide.

The proliferation of deepfakes, synthetic identities, and AI-powered spoofing attacks has heightened the urgency for robust identity verification solutions. Simultaneously, customer expectations for rapid, frictionless onboarding continue to accelerate, compelling organisations to adopt sophisticated biometric and identity technologies to stay ahead of evolving threats.

Through this partnership, Daon’s AI-driven biometric and document verification capabilities are now fully integrated into FrankieOne’s single API and orchestration layer. This unified platform provides clients with access to world-class identity verification, multi-modal liveness detection, and advanced anti-spoofing measures. It empowers organisations to mitigate emerging fraud risks while ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks, such as those of APRA and AUSTRAC in Australia, as well as their international equivalents.

“We chose Daon because they bring true depth in biometrics to global markets from regulatory-grade data sovereignty and faster processing times to libraries trained on diverse identity documents worldwide. Their multi-modal biometrics, NIST-tested accuracy, and advanced liveness detection give our customers access to best-in-class identity verification. By combining Daon’s strengths with FrankieOne’s orchestration layer, we’re enabling regulated institutions to seamlessly escalate to stronger checks, expand confidently into new markets, and deliver a secure, frictionless customer experience,” said Kim Wrobel, Head of Partnerships, FrankieOne.

The collaboration also reflects Daon’s commitment to expanding its trusted identity fraud prevention solutions into new markets and sectors through strategic partnerships.

“Partnering with FrankieOne allows us to bring our AI-driven biometric and identity verification technologies to even more customers in a flexible, scalable, and globally compliant way. The combined platform simplifies the deployment of the right verification tools for each organisation’s risk profile and jurisdiction. Together, we’re equipping businesses to combat fraud and meet complex regulatory requirements without compromising the user experience,” said John Duggan, Executive Vice President – APAC, Daon.

FrankieOne’s platform already connects to more than 350 global data sources and verification vendors, giving clients the flexibility to select the tools best suited to their risk profile, jurisdiction, and customer base. With the integration of Daon’s proven identity technology, FrankieOne further strengthens its position as the most adaptable, future-ready identity platform for regulated industries worldwide.
